Saint Ultans 2-16 Moynalty 0-06
Moynalty travelled to St Ultans on Tuesday evening looking to build on their opening round win in the Meath Cleaning Supplies Division 6. It was the homeside who started the strongest, with some impressive displays throughout the team. Moynaltys back line was kept busy against some very strong forwards, and Michael Lynch impressed at full back by breaking up play and starting attacks. Moving forward Ollie Sheridan kept the scoreboard ticking over for the visitors, however the 8 point defeceit at half time proved insurmountable as the fell away in the second half.
This now sets up a winner takes all battle with Syddan at home on Sunday September 8th with throw in at 11 for a place in the semi finals.
